NICOLA SCARLINO

A French-Venetian talent, Nicola Scarlino holds an unconventional background in fashion, with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering. He carved out a career as an expert in artificial intelligence and robotics internationally. In 2018, Nicola took a creative leap and established his own imaginative hub, The Weird Fishes Studio, as a production designer. Nicola works on set designs as an art director and produces props for a diverse array of mediums - from fashion editorials, advertising shoots to experiential design, music videos, and live shows. By visualizing and building theatrical spaces fuels his passion for narrative development, he finds a unique elegance in imperfection, infusing his art with a refined rawness. His creative universe strikes a balance between modernity and nostalgia, intertwining evocative elements of childhood and darkness.
